Pursuing of Refund Cases

As a result of excess deduction of taxes by various agencies, over and above the tax demand which is due from a taxpayer, results in creation of refund payable by the Depts. to the tax payers. To avoid delay in clearance of refund cases, we have sufficient expertise in the fields of refund generation to its ultimate payments right from the enforcement wing to the federal tax ombudsman (FTO) so that bottlenecks, if any, stand removed as result of any misinterpretation or misrepresentation of law or facts of the said refund case. We are also careful in filing the claim of refund along with the return and in case of delay we are able to claim additional interest under the law.
